The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 29% of the nation's voters now Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-nine percent (39%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -10. The President’s Approval Index rating is down four points over the past week and 11 points over the past month (see trends).

Note to the hyper-dense: the certification of live birth is not a birth certificate, known in Hawaii as certificate vs. certification of live birth. It does not prove where you were born and in fact could have been used to register a foreign birth! It is not valid to enroll you in little league, kindergarten or the Cub Scouts. You can not use it to get one of these new Real ID Act driver's licenses. The widely circulated certification of live birth is only a distraction -- even if it was real it has nothing to do with Birthgate.

In addition, it raises the highly problematic issue of what is Obama's official name. If it turns out to Barry Soetoro, and no official change of name was ever made, Obama may face an array of charges of deception and misprision that may throw into doubt, at the very least, his fitness to run.
