Note to the hyper-dense: the certification of live birth is not a birth certificate, known in Hawaii as certificate vs. certification of live birth. It does not prove where you were born and in fact could have been used to register a foreign birth! It is not valid to enroll you in little league, kindergarten or the Cub Scouts. You can not use it to get one of these new Real ID Act driver's licenses.
